Baiyun PR103 Primer for MS Hybrid Sealants & Porous Substrates 500ml

Single-component silane-based surface primer for use with Baiyun silicone and SMP sealant systems. Applied to substrates prior to sealant installation to promote adhesion on difficult or porous surfaces where unprimed bond strength may be insufficient.

Key Properties

• Improves adhesion between sealant and substrate on glass, aluminium, coated profiles, and masonry
• No corrosion to metals or damage to coated surfaces
• Fast-drying; apply and allow to flash off before sealant application
• Low VOC formulation

Typical Applications Perimeter window and door sealing, curtain wall joints, and any application where adhesion testing indicates priming is required. Recommended for use with Baiyun SMP551 and compatible sealant systems on porous or difficult substrates.

Notes Adhesion testing on project-specific substrates is recommended prior to commencement. Confirm compatibility with sealant system before use.
