Baiyun PR104 Primer for Silicone & Non Porous Substrates 500ml

Single-component adhesion promoter applied as a thin primer coat to construction substrates to enhance bonding of Baiyun silicone sealants and adhesives.

Key Properties

• Clear liquid; expired product turns milky — easy quality check
• Flash point 4°C — highly flammable; no ignition sources
• Fast evaporation rate (comparable to toluene)
• Low viscosity (comparable to water) — thin film application
• Non-corrosive to substrate surfaces

Application

1. Clean substrate thoroughly — remove dust, oil, and loose material
2. Apply thin even coat by brush or cloth — full surface coverage, avoid heavy buildup
3. Allow to dry: 5 min (warm conditions) / 10 min (cold conditions)
4. Apply sealant within 8 hours — re-clean and re-prime if exceeded
5. For structural glazing shop applications, daily adhesion testing is mandatory before units are shipped

Storage & Shelf Life Store below 27°C in original unopened container. Shelf life 9 months from manufacture date.

Typical Applications Construction perimeter sealing, structural glazing, curtain wall joints, highway and parking structure applications. Use in ventilated area — keep away from ignition sources.
