Power supply
The VB4+4 is a glass vacuum lifter powered by high-capacity rechargeable batteries, which can be removed without any tool.
Movements
This model enables the glass handling, ensuring a 360° controlled rotation and a horizontal / vertical tilting. It is possible to accessorize the vacuum lifter with a controlled tilting device patented by Righetti, in order to tilt the glass with accurate tilting.
Frame
VB4+4 RCMBM d4 XL is equipped with eight suction pads, of which for central and four on removable extension arms. The extensions are easily insertable on the main frame without the use of any tool, enabling to modify the lifting capacity and the gripping spread of the lifter. When all suction cups are in use, the maximum lifting capacity is 1200kg. The XL model frame is extremely modular, ensuring versatility to the operators. With just one vacuum lifter it is possible to handle small and medium size glass sheets, long and narrow glasses, big size glass sheets and windows. Moreover, it is possible to remove the suspension arm and use the secondary hook point located at lowered height, in case of installation of fanlight glasses or height obstacles.
Safety
In order to meet the requirements of regulations EN13155 on construction sites, VB4+4 RCMBM d4 XL is equipped with a double vacuum circuit. The operator safety and that of the loading are additionally ensured by sophisticated integrated safety systems: a vacuum control unit performs a self-diagnosis when it is turned on, keeps the vacuum level under control and informs the operator of possible malfunctions with audio visual alarms.
