Power supply
The glass vacuum lifter VBT4 model is powered by a built-in battery, rechargeable and removable in an easy and quickly way. The vacuum lifter is supplied with a battery charger as standard.
Movements
The vacuum lifter has a 0-90° tilting system (horizontal/vertical) and a 360° continuous rotation system, with a possible automatic lock every 90°.
Frame
The VBT4 vacuum lifter is a four suction cup model with 310mm diameter and a maximum lifting capacity of 400kg. The suction cups are adjustable in order to widen the gripping spread and enable two positions:
- close position: the gripping spread is 863x666mm, enabling to lift also glass sheets of small sizes
- open position: the gripping spread is 1166x861mm
The VBT4 series has a lightened frame of only 48kg, which enables its use also on lowered capacity lifting means. VBT4, as a simplification of the VB4 model, has no connection for controlled tilting and no possibility of using the lowered hook. If you need to accessorize the vacuum lifter with these two functions, please ask for the model VBT4-CT.
Safety
The vacuum lifter is equipped with double vacuum circuit in order to safely work on construction site, in compliance with EN13155. Moreover, it is equipped with a vacuum control unit which constantly monitors the vacuum level in the circuit warning the operator of any anomalies thanks to the audiovisual alarms.
